1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI ChatHistory Pro, including our Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI ChatHistory Pro is a browser extension that allows you to:

• Save and organize conversations from AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok)
• Search across your saved conversations
• Export conversations in various formats
• Inject context from one AI platform into another (Premium feature)

The Service stores conversation data locally on your device. Premium features require a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the then-current rate at renewal.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before price changes affect their subscription.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 6

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you haven't used premium features significantly
• Yearly subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
• Lifetime licenses: Full refund within 30 days of purchase

6.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@aichathistory.pro with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Via the billing portal in your account settings
• By contacting our support team

Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to violate the terms of third-party AI platforms
• Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or licensing
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

AI ChatHistory Pro, including all code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your chat conversations and data. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

9.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense or transfer your rights
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use the Service for competing commercial purposes

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with third-party AI platforms. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of these platforms
• Changes to their APIs or interfaces that may affect our Service
• Their terms of service or privacy practices

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI ChatHistory Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Update the extension to add features or fix bugs
• Change system requirements

We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that negatively affect your use of the Service.

15. Termination

15.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. To delete your account, contact support.

15.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data stored locally on your device remains yours. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@aichathistory.pro to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when we post the revised Terms. For material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Notify you via email or in-app notification
• Provide at least 30 days notice before changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI ChatHistory Pro regarding the Service.
