At AI Chat History Pro, we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy outlines the
conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge
and agree to the terms described below.
We process payments through PayPal and FastSpring. This policy is designed
to comply with both PayPal's and FastSpring's buyer protection and refund guidelines.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided your
request meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Requests submitted after the 14-day window has expired will not be eligible for a refund
under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility — When You Qualify
Refunds are granted ONLY if one or more of the following conditions are met:
- Service not functioning at all — The extension or service fails to load, install,
or operate in any capacity despite following the provided setup instructions.
- Service not working as described — A core feature advertised on our website
(aichathistory.pro) does not perform as documented, and the
issue is confirmed to be on our end (not caused by your browser, device, or third-party software).
In both cases, our support team may ask you to provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, error
messages, browser/OS details) so we can verify the problem before processing the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind, no longer needing the service, or finding an alternative product
- Failure to use the service or any of its features
- Issues caused by your browser configuration, operating system, network, or third-party software
- Incompatibility with unsupported browsers or platforms (supported platforms are listed on our website)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window has expired
- Duplicate purchases where you have already received a refund for a prior transaction
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email our support team at
support@aichathistory.pro with the following details:
- Your order/transaction number or the email address associated with your purchase
- The payment method used (PayPal or FastSpring)
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
- Any screenshots, error messages, or screen recordings demonstrating the problem
- Your browser name and version, and operating system
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is
approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business
days, depending on your payment provider.
6. PayPal Transactions
For purchases made through PayPal, the following applies:
- Refunds are processed back to your PayPal account.
- PayPal's Buyer Protection may allow you to open a dispute directly through your PayPal account.
However, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- If a PayPal dispute or chargeback is filed, we will cooperate fully with PayPal's resolution
process and provide evidence of service delivery.
- Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
7. FastSpring Transactions
For purchases made through FastSpring, the following applies:
- FastSpring acts as the Merchant of Record. Refund requests may also be submitted directly to FastSpring.
- Refunds processed by FastSpring will be returned to your original payment method.
- FastSpring's refund and dispute policies apply in addition to this policy. In case of a conflict,
FastSpring's policies shall take precedence for FastSpring-processed transactions.
- We work with FastSpring to ensure that all legitimate refund requests are handled fairly and promptly.
8. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- No partial refund will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit a separate refund request as described in
Section 5 above.
